The Orbit Summit 2019

Top subjects at Orbit Summit 2019

Orbit customers have two things in common—a dedication to improving patient safety processes and the vision to do it with a great software platform.

This month, we’re getting ready to welcome you, our customers, to the 2019 Orbit Summit.  This is our chance to hear from you and to provide you with our best resources to succeed in the coming year.  There is a full 2-day calendar of discussions, talks, and trainings this year. To give you a taste of the agenda to come, here are some of the subjects we will be discussing.

A Year in Orbit – Case studies and Updates from 2019

Orbit has had a banner year. Meet some of our new customers and old friends alike while we share some of the year’s successes, learnings and new releases. This year has also brought new regulatory considerations—among them a Module 5 update—that are sure to impact your risk management strategies in the coming year. With new insights and strategies to carry us forward, we are excited to plan our 2020 with you.

Your path into Orbit— Configurations that work for the business

We like making tools that you can get excited about, and what’s more exciting than software that just does what you tell it to do? Over the course of the Orbit summit, the Product team will show you how to make your business vision a reality with simple configurations in the platform you already own:

  • Setting up automated email notifications
  • Defining and building your own Orbit dashboards
  • Activity Templates – what are they, and how long before they take over the planet? (Disclaimer—we haven’t found a way to take over the planet with Activity Templates, but that doesn’t mean you won’t!)

Most importantly, you will hear from customers like you. That means you will get real insight into how other teams are using Orbit to thrive in this ever-changing regulatory environment. Together, we hope to hear your voices and your needs for the coming year. We can’t do it without you.

We’re looking forward to November 5, and we hope you are too!
